DESIGN PROCESS

We begin with a detailed discussion with the client about their requirements and understanding how they are envisioning the place. This helps us to gauge the client’s needs and expectations and marks as the most important step.

We then move on to working on the floor plan and providing the clients with various options of layout to understand what will work the best as per their needs. 

This step largely paints a bigger picture for the client to start understanding what is the look and feel we plan to deliver and also understand the overall colour scheme of the spaces.  

Detailed drawings and 3D views are created in this step with all the material specifications to get the final approvals from the client.

The final signed-off drawings are handed over to the execution team and we overlook the site to make sure each detail is taken care of to finally handover the space to the client.
